If you are reading this, we have already spoken about creating something for you. Acknowledgement of these terms insure us that you are indeed ready for us to work for you!Terms of ServiceA 25% non-refundable deposit must be sent before the work can begin.Payments can be made with a Debit or Credit card using the link on the HeavenSent Gifts Payment page.You are required to proof all work before it is printed.An increased length of time spent proofing and changing your product can affect the date of completion (Keep this in mind if you have a deadline*)Delays that can occur: - waiting for proof approval, changes made in the content other than common mistakes (spelling, design errors), delays caused by other third parties out of HSG control, and other unforeseen events.If your project is being printed - The balance of your payment is due after the final proof has been approved.If your project is NOT being printed - The balance of your payment is due before the finished unmarked copy is released to you.If you cancel the order after the work has begun, an additional 25% of the initial fee will be required.Any additional costs NOT covered in the initial fee will need to be provided by you, unless otherwise stated.HeavenSent Gifts will remain in possession of all preliminary and finished artwork.If chosen, your artwork may be used in the HSG portfolio, any personal information such as address and telephone numbers will be changed or removed for your protection.If you agree to these terms, please send an email in the contact form on the right.
