Please note the following Items:-I use FDA approved face painting products which are safe for the skin. Gems are glued to the skin with a latex eyelash adhesive. The Artist is not responsible for any injuries, negligence, allergic reactions, or incidences caused by unruly behavior by guests during a party.-Artist will have break of 5-10 minutes every two hours-Artist will not paint Halloween designs, or any designs Artist is not comfortable painting.-Artist is not liable for allergic reactions to paints. It is the parents responsibility to notify Artist if their child has sensitive skin.-For Safety reason, Artist will not paint children under 2 years old.-For Sanitary reasons, Artist will not paint anyone who is or appears to be sick or suffering from: cold sores; conjunctivitis; any infectious skin condition; eczema or open wounds.-Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for any damage to clothing or property.-Artist will not supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the responsibility of the parent. or event host.-Extreme Adverse Working Conditions: Artist has the right to cease painting and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme adverse working conditions and the Client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the Clients attention. Adverse conditions included but not limited to: destructive, violent, or extreme inappropriate behavior of a child or adult; illegal activities; dangerous conditions. -Should Artist get sick, any deposits will be refunded
Rates
Birthday Parties: - $60 per hour. (2 Hour Minimum)Street Festivals/Fairs - Options for a street Festival/Fair:If you would like the service to be free to your guests the cost is $250 for 5 hours and just $30 per half hour over those 5 hours.If you would like for your guests to pay for their own servies, My rateswould be based on what the design they choose. $3, $5, $8A non-refundable deposit of %25 must be paid before the event date.The balance of the payment must be paid at the event site before I leave on the day of the event. Payments can me made with Cash or Postal Money Order. No personal checks accepted.If you wish to pay the full balance before the event, payments can be made on this site via Pay Pal.
